These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all vouchers issued by 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH, Otto-Volger-Str. 9b, 65843 Sulzbach, Germany, info@2spicy.de, registration number HRB 33457 (hereinafter referred to as \"2Spicy\"). The redemption of gift vouchers on www.lepetitchef.com is subject to the terms and privacy policy of 2Spicy, which can be accessed on the respective website.
Vouchers can be redeemed within 3 years from the date of purchase. The statutory limitation period applies. This also applies to the redemption of remaining balances.
When ordering a gift voucher, the complete payment details must be provided on the order form.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on www.lepetitchef.com for products that can be purchased through gift vouchers or from one of our partners.
If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, you can settle the difference with another approved payment method provided by us.
Only one voucher can be used per order.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on www.lepetitchef.com. The subsequent application of a gift voucher is not possible. Gift voucher balances cannot be paid out in cash, reloaded, or offset against other or outstanding claims. Reselling vouchers is not permitted, nor is purchasing vouchers with vouchers.
Reselling is not allowed.
Validity for new bookings:
Vouchers are exclusively valid for new bookings. Bookings made before the voucher issuance date cannot be offset with these vouchers.
One voucher per booking:
Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined for a single booking.
Single use:
Each voucher can only be used once. Unused amounts of the voucher expire and cannot be used for issuing a new voucher or for future purchases.

If the desired dining date is more than 48 hours away, Customer Service needs to be contacted to book reservation in the currency of the country you plan to enjoy the show (CS will exchange the value of the voucher to local currency on the daily exchange rate and add the voucher to the reservation).
In case of spontanous plan (desired dining date less than 48 hours away) – voucher could not have been exchanged and booked by CS, guest needs to contact location – location needs to find out the daily exchange rate – add the value of the voucher to the reservation in local currency and informs CS.
2Spicy is not liable for the loss, theft, or misuse of gift vouchers. In such cases, 2Spicy reserves the right to take appropriate measures, as well as to refuse the payout of the corresponding voucher balances or request an alternative form of payment. Complaints regarding the purchase or exchange of a 2Spicy voucher must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase or exchange to ensure traceability. Complaints made after 14 days from the purchase or exchange date will not be accepted. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
